Made-to-order canvas

Every Orion Art Lab print is made to order on stretched canvas and fulfilled by Lumaprints. Custom prints are final sale. We do not accept returns or issue refunds for custom prints.

Damage or defects

Please inspect your order on delivery. If your canvas arrives damaged or defective, contact us through the Contact page within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. If the issue is confirmed, we will arrange a replacement at no cost to you. No return is required unless we specifically request one.
