Return and refund policy

All Orion Art Lab artwork is printed to order on stretched canvas and fulfilled by Lumaprints. Because each print is custom made, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds for custom prints.

Damage or defects

Please inspect your order on delivery. If your canvas arrives damaged or defective, contact us through the Contact page within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue. If confirmed, we will arrange a replacement at no cost to you. No return is required unless we specifically request one.
