Shipping policy

All orders are made to order on stretched canvas and fulfilled by Lumaprints. We currently ship to addresses in the United States. US shipping is free on every order.

Estimated delivery

Estimated delivery is 5 to 9 business days. This is an estimate and may vary due to production or carrier delays. Tracking information will be provided when available.

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. Contact us through the Contact page as soon as possible if you notice an address error. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has entered production.

Damage or defects

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. If confirmed, we will arrange a replacement at no cost. See our Refund policy for details.
